Rated4out of5bykrazykarlafromHandy little lightI bought for an out of country trip because lightweight, flashlight, and lantern features. I love this light! I can charge it quickly with my solarmonkey charger and charge seems to hold well. Bright light- but you can't narrow the beam- but I haven't really had a problem with that. I've used it to walk the dog, when lost power in my home, reading at night, - great for tent, campsite, table, car use, hiking. Love the light and price!

Rated4out of5bywyoyfromVery handy lightI like all things Brunton, from binoculars to solar chargers. I bought the light because it is from Brunton. I bought it for camping but have found it to be useful around the house.

Rated3out of5byFat Head CarlfromGood light, serviceable.First: I like this light, and feel it has a place in my backpack, and good for car camping.
The legs differ than the look of the picture. Still have magnetic feet, but, do not have the wire over top of them.
The lantern works well, not super bright, but would illumiate a tent, or a picknic table sufficiently.
Not exactly happy that it has a mini USB connection Vs. a micro connection...so I must use the supplied cable, instead of my phone charging cable. Not that big of a deal.
Like the fact that there is an indicator for charging - it blinks while charging, and when it's finished it stops blinking. Nice to know when it's fully charged.
Using it as a flashlight: OK...it's bright enough, but the beam isn't as focused, so you can't spot illumiate something. Not a deal killer...but noticiable.
Haven't used it as a tripod for a camera yet...but I'm sure it will work fine, as the legs are sturdy, and the magnetic feet seem strong enough.
Best, Fat Head Carl
