    Marmot Limelight 3P Tentis rated4.65out of5by60.
Rated5out of5byfromBest. Tent. Ever.Oh man. I love this tent so much! It's super easy to set up, even with one person. It's lightweight, yet so sturdy. My husband and I took it on a cross-country trip this spring/summer. In TX we slept out on a plain, and even with 30+mph winds this tent held up. We were using the guy lines, and it was great inside. No bending, and the rainfly didn't slap the side of the tent too much. We had no issues with condensation, and even in the middle of a thunderstorm there was no water getting into this tent! The pockets, gear loft, and vestibules provide plenty of space. We did end up trading this tent in for a Marmot Limelight 4P, because our dog takes up too much space in the tent for a 3P to be really comfortable. This is still my favorite tent, and if I could somehow shrink my dog and keep the 3P, I would! Also, it isn't super lightweight, but if you split up the tent between different packs, it's nice and sturdy for backpacking where you think weather might be bad.

Rated5out of5byfromAwesome Tent!Great Tent! Haven't used it much. Just got it. But I have to say that I love it. Used it in the backyard, and camping in the Hill Country of Texas a couple nights. Held up well to the rain. Slight condensation underneath but nothing dripped. My seven year old daughter can set the tent up with not much direction. Maybe not the rainfly, but she did good. Kept us toasty warm in 40 degree weather with summer sleeping bags. Will add more when I use it more.

Rated4out of5byfromSolid 3-season tentUsed it twice now. Although I'm glad we bought it, there are a few things I would change, so I'll give it a four. The tent itself seems pretty sturdy and compact. Easily divided between 3 people for a hiking trip. The inside color is lovely, but I'm not a huge fan of the grey/blue & orange shell. From the inside they look good together though. The tent is extremeley easy to set up. I'd say it takes us less than 5-minutes, even in the dark. My main complaint would be that the rainfly doesn't stake down on the sides quite well enough to prevent rain or snow splashback and the zippers aren't quite in the most convenient places. Also, even though it's a 3-season tent, we attempted to use the tent in the snow one night. Bad idea. The tent itself has entirely too much mesh to keep any heat in.

Rated5out of5byfromGreat Tent!I bought this tent back when I was building up my gear arsenal. Overall it is a great tent and I love it. It sets up very easily; two or three clips on each pole as it goes towards the apex. The poles, stakes, tent material, and bags are all of high quality. I opted for the 3 person tent, knowing that I cold have 3 people in there if I had to, but that I would most likely only have two, or just myself. With that being said, if you are getting this solely as a 2P, you will probably be a little cramped. I really like the fly, you get a vestibule on each side, as well as a access from both sides, no crawling over anyone. Also without the fly, the screening is quite nice and comfortable for summer nights. This tent is a little bulky when packed up. I haven't taken mine backpacking, in which case, I would distribute it among my companion. I mainly use it for car camping, canoeing, etc. Overall very happy with it. I've had mine for going on 4 years and it is in great shape. The fact that it came with a foot print and a gear loft was also a deciding factor in my purchasing it.

Rated4out of5byfromTrue to formThis tent was extremely easy to set up and very spacious inside. My friend and I set up this tent in the fall and it worked great. Having two doors was extremely convinient as he woke up multiple times in the night. Also having two vestibules was excellent for storing gear. When we camped, it was moderately windy and rainy. It was perfect for combating both elements and nothing got wet. Overall, I am very satisfied with this tent.

Rated5out of5byfromperfect for 2set up in store...this was helpful as I used it the night I bought it and had to set up in the dark with just a headlamp and flashlight. set up is easy and fast. though I went solo, it would be roomy for 2. very well organized, rain guard provides cover for removing shoes before entry. perfect for all conditions.

Rated5out of5byfromStill the best tent I have ever owned!Still a great tent... from Arizona to Arkansas to Louisiana... and I am planning on taking the tent with me on my Hawaii trip to Molokai in Feb 2014. Mostly, I wanted to upload a couple of shots of the tent in action. You will love this tent!

Rated5out of5byfromTerrific Tent!!We bought this tent two years ago, after a lot of research. We've used it for everything from backpacking in Alaska's Denali State Park to base camping in the Southwest. One person can put it up, complete with rain fly and guy lines, in less than ten minutes. With two people it's even faster. There's plenty of room inside for two plus some gear. Each alcove is big enough to protect a full pack and still leave room for access. The tent stays put in high winds, dry in heavy rain, warm in cold weather and cool in hot weather. The side pockets are great for glasses, watches, etc. and the roof pocket is just right for flashlights and head lamps. What more could anyone want? We think this tent is perfect.
