Comments about REI Agility Sling Bag - Women's:

I bought this for daily use for going back and forth to work. I also bought it for daily use on my week long trip to New York City. It did great in New York carring the things I needed every day and I did not have to bag check it anywhere required bag checks for certain size bags. It works great as as my daily commuter bag carring my iPad and books that I use at work. When I purchased this bag, my local REI did not have the men's version in stock so I purchased the women's version. It works great and I am very pleased with it.

Comments about REI Agility Sling Bag - Women's:

I agree with the previous reviewer - the "water bottle pockets" on the sides are not big enough for water bottles. Maybe sunglasses or a cell phone. (What's an umbrella?) Otherwise I really love this bag. It is small and lightweight and easy to carry. For my day-to-day carry, I carry light so I don't jam pack it with weight and it's great for that purpose. It has pockets galore - and pockets inside of pockets. The one thing I changed were the zipper pulls but that's just me being picky about my zipper pulls. The zipper pulls were small for me so I replaced them with paracord zipper pulls, but I tend to do that with almost all of my stuff. I prefer paracord in general. All-in-all this is a great little sling bag if you like to travel light. I got the green color so it would be easier to see if I'm on my bike or if I toss it on the ground at night. I would recommend this sling bag to anyone.

Comments about REI Agility Sling Bag - Women's:

I love this bag. Great small size but fits both my iPad and MacBook Air 13" (note: this is without a protective sleeve though for the computer). Lots of great pockets for organization. Super comfortable hands free sling design (for either lefties or righties) is helpful when you are juggling a preschooler with his own stuff with the other two hands. The fabric seems tough and easy to clean. Two downsides that keep me from rating it a 5. Side pockets for water bottles are a bit small and seem to stretch out too much if you put a Camelback sized bottle in it. The big minus is that the bottom strap buckle ripped out of the pack after only 1 month of use. I am going to hope it was an anomaly and get a replacement and hope for the best. I really do love the bag, so hope it holds up this time!
