This is the best thermos I ever found. I had been camping for years and never found anything to retain heat for more than a couple of hours. But this has to be the best. I used at work - made some coffee at 6 am. I never got to drink the whole thing. Th NEXT day, 24 hours later, I emptied it out and the coffee was still warm and drinkable (but I didn't!). So if you need stuff to stay warm this is the product. It feels good to grip. I dropped it a couple of times (don't recommend) and it still works - no dents. It slides easily into a pack and is light. The rubber parts need attention to clean - I never do this though, and it still works. I now have 2 thermoses - one for coffee and the other for tea. I just need to get another for cold drinks. THIS IS THE BEST THERMOS!!!!!

5 days a week for over a year now and this unit is as good as the day I received it. no leakage and holds my hot coffee from 6am until the afternoon.

daily cleaning...soak the drinking apparatus in the cup/lid briefly (soap rarely) before throwing on the dryer rack.

light and great on the trail for you a couple friends to have a little coffee at lunch.

couldn't be happier with the bottle.

I use it for my daily commutes by bicycle to work. I was skeptical always using glass thermos', but the Coffee stayed very hot, pours easily, and travels well..wish it had a little handle, but otherwise...I would highly recommend it.

I commute with it on my bike to drink at work. I was so skeptical on it keeping thing hot, but it really does and lasts long. Easy to clean, pours without a mess and really light and compact. I am going to order another!

Similar to a previous reviewer, this is the first product I've reviewed. I've had my thermos for about 2 years and it's a testament to it that I signed up to review now. My coffee stays warm for hours at my desk or in chilly conditions while I snowshoe or ski. Although a thermos isn't great to drink from while on the go, I'm happy with the design because I can toss it in my bag while I bus or bike to work. The only thing that could improve it would be for the cap/stopper design to be modified so that you more easily could drink straight from the thermos (i.e., without having to pour from the thermos into the lid).

We bought this for my sons lunches at ski school. We make hot chocolate in the morning and it is still burning hot by lunch. It is the perfect size for him (8) and he usually still has some hot chocolate left at the end of the day and it is still hot. It fits in most (not all) our lunch boxes. I have not found the top piece difficult to clean. I think we will be purchasing another for a birthday present for his friend who is also in ski school.

I love, love, love this thermos. This is the only review I've written, which should speak to its quality. I bought it three years ago or so. I have a mild addiction to buying thermoses and other coffee accountrements and I always end up using this one because it keeps coffee hot for 7-8 hours (more if you preheat the thermos), it doesn't leak, and it fits nicely into bag/backpacks. The top is a little hard to clean (the fancy push top apparatus instead of the usual twist off), but it doesn't affect the taste and it hasn't broken yet. Buy it!!

This is a great thermos, it is easy to pour and it maintains temp for days. we use it to take milk for camping and road trips.

The lid is hard to clean well, requiring a lot of soaking and disassembly.
