Comments about CamelBak Antidote Reservoir - 70 fl. oz.:
It's a water bladder.... There is not much to discuss in terms of what your supposed to use it for and how you are supposed to use it.
Pro's: The end point connections on the flow tubes are much more improved when compared to previous models. I haven't had issues with leaking at connection points like I did with older models, and cleaning/maintenaince is exponentially easier to get done.
Con's: The fill cap for the bladder is a bit tricky to use. There is only one way to hold it, and only one way to screw it back on. Any attempts to deviate from this will result in a bath. After a few times getting "refreshed" you will figure out how to hold it, and it work well. No leaks inside the pack.
All in all, this bladder is easier to clean and maintain, doesn't leak as much as previous generations did, but takes a little extra care to fill. Not bad.

Comments about CamelBak Antidote Reservoir - 70 fl. oz.:
Bought as a replacement for a non CamelBak reservoir. That one leaked and had an annoying valve. This one is much better.

Comments about CamelBak Antidote Reservoir - 70 fl. oz.:
Like some of the others noted a leaking problem.
Seems to leak under pressure where the hose connects to the reservoir. Used it twice in my Gregory 65 and ended up with a wet sleeping bag.
Admittedly the bag was tighly packed and cinched.
When used in my day pack (light and loosely packed) had no problem.
Would I buy another, no. Will I still continue to use older version camelback units, yes.

Comments about CamelBak Antidote Reservoir - 70 fl. oz.:
I found this reservoir easy to use. The wide mouth opening is great and I really like the quarter turn to open and close it. The hose detaches making it easy to remove from my pack for cleaning.
An all-around great product.

I was excited to try this and bought two. One worked well and the other leaked like crazy in my bag. The only thing that save my camera gear was a Mountainsmith Camera Cube (great item!). Exchanged it only to have the other leak too. Went back to the old model and have had no issues.

Comments about CamelBak Antidote Reservoir - 70 fl. oz.:
I used this product on my 3 week road trip that included multiple national parks on the west coast. It fit well in my back pack and reduced the space that normal water bottles would take up. I will be purchasing another one soon. My only issue was that if you don't get the cap on perfectly it does leak profusely! Mostly an issue of human error but it did spill all over my day pack and I had to hang everything up to dry. It looks like it seals but if you don't get it locked in, it will cause a mess. Just tip it upside down before putting it in your bag! Besides that, it was one of my most necessary purchases for my trip!

Comments about CamelBak Antidote Reservoir - 70 fl. oz.:
A bladder really only has one purpose and that's to hold water. This one does not hold water, it leaks. It's completely useless.
REI should discontinue this product. It's extremely dangerous to be selling leaky bladders. It seems as though about 50% of them leak... way too many!

Comments about CamelBak Antidote Reservoir - 70 fl. oz.:
Stupid 1/4 turn cap leaks like crazy. Nothing like water running down your back because of a poorly designed fill cap that can't be tightened. Can't buy the old Camelbak design so I have to resort to a different brand.

Comments about CamelBak Antidote Reservoir - 70 fl. oz.:
It is a good product, with a new design on the valves conjunctions. Fits another brand bag perfectly so it is also a good thing to combine with your any-brand stuff.
