My kids love these socks! Both of my boys dislike things that are "scratchy", and generally won't wear anything unless it's super soft. I can't get these off their feet. My oldest kept commenting on how comfortable these socks were.
I bought them for hiking this summer in Alaska, and I think I'm going to have to buy more, since they're going to get worn out unless I hide them. They do NOT have the extra padding on the bottom/heel like most socks, which means they will wear more quickly in those areas, however I don't like the padding, since it tends to make my (and my kids feet) fit funny in our hiking boots.
I think I will have to buy some for myself too. They do sell these in a single pack in stores, but I believe they are $1 more (each).

Blisters were a part of hiking till I discovered WrightSock double-wall construction socks. Honestly, since I've been using these over the past seven years, not once have I had a blister. This includes several hikes up Half Dome, many 12-15 mile mountain hikes, and a large number of 8 - 12 mile hikes. I wear them under wool socks and between the three layers my feet never chafe. I regularly recommend these to friends and I'll recommend them here too. With heavy use they last two to three years then thin but they're well worth the investment. I'll be buying them for years to come.

I almost never write reviews but these were so awesome I had to. I bought these after getting pretty bad blisters on longer hikes and they are legitimately amazing. No hot spots, no moisture and no blisters on my last hike (albeit only 8.5 miles). In Gore-Tex shoes, my feet felt absolutely amazing.

I bought a pair of these to try a year ago and bought 5 more for a backpacking trip that included hiking Mt. Whitney (22mi). I used to get a LOT of blisters, my toenails fell off after a brutal backpacking trip with regular socks. With these socks and hiking shoes (not boots) I only got one blister from not clearing my shoes of sand enough (Mt. Whit downhill).
If you're still getting blisters with these socks, maybe it's your shoes.

I use these as a liner sock for hiking and backpacking. Yes, that means I have a 2-layer sock under my regular hiking sock. But after several years of experimenting with various boots, insoles and socks to avoid painful heel blisters, these have really done the trick! Now, even after a week on the trail, rather than just wanting it to end, my feet are ready for more.
The moisture wicking and durability seem quite good, but as with most thinner socks, sharp toenails can do a number on them.
The sizing seems pretty accurate, but be aware that the double layer design makes these sock less stretchy than most so be careful putting them on.

Have been running in these for years with never a blister. Try them - you can't go wrong.
I've run through creeks & event with totally wet they provide a friction free comfort.
I've climbed a 14,000 foot mountain using trail runner shoes (not recommended) in the rain with these & had no hot spot or blisters.
These things are amazing!
They run just a tiny bit small.
