Comments about Marmot Reactor Fleece Jacket - Men's:
I bought this as a jacket for a Basecamp trek in April, it bacame my staple with base gear and a fleece vest, I did not need anything else. I only wished it came as a v neck zipper. They sleeve pocket came in very handy. It has held up well to washing and fairly quick drying.

Comments about Marmot Reactor Fleece Jacket - Men's:
I wear this jacket with a smartwool base layer shirt for hiking at temperatures 30F-50F. When it's windy, I just wear a windbreaker over this jacket. The jacket is lightweight and warm. I'm very happy with this jacket.

Comments about Marmot Reactor Fleece Jacket - Men's:
I purchased the reactor fleece to serve as a mid-layer for my palisades shell. It's remarkably lightweight, yet keeps me nice and toasty as a standalone jacket in moderate to cold weather. It's also quite soft and has a great stylistic cut to it. Like most Marmot products, it runs a little bigger than normal, so I would advice sizing down one size to get the right fit.
Overall, couldn't be happier. It's lightweight, warm, soft, and looks good to boot!

Comments about Marmot Reactor Fleece Jacket - Men's:
Had to exchange the first jacket because of a hole in the sleeve. The second one has the logo on the back is upside down. Jacket is warm for spring days, but do Marmot's quality control for them at the store.

Comments about Marmot Reactor Fleece Jacket - Men's:
I purchased this as a replacement for the REI micro 1/4 zip when I was on the way to the UK for a 9 day trip. I word the replacement literally out of the store, and onto the airplane. Combine this with a MH shell (cohesion stretch) and you've got quite a system. This jacket just oozes quality. Everything from the tags, zippers, sewing, and the weight - it is just 110% perfect. The details like Marmot logos on the zipper pulls and embroidery bring it up a notch past 5 stars. As far as the weight of the fleece I would mark this slightly warmer than a thin 100 weight as there is a mesh liner inside the jacket, and the thickness of the fleece itself is, well, thicker. I have owned a LOT of fleece over the past 20 years, and I must say - this one is my favorite. Don't hesitate - buy this jacket!

Comments about Marmot Reactor Fleece Jacket - Men's:
Excellent quality and much warmer than I imagined for a Polartec 100 jacket. This is exactly what I've been looking for to add to my hiking kit. It even packs small enough to fit in its own pocket.
It's cut more slender than a brand X fleece to save weight, but still fits my "bay window" just fine.
Best part? It actually weighs exactly the same as advertised! Even in XL, it's exactly 14 oz.
