Rated5out of5bySalar de Uyuni residentfromas you bed at homenow I got 5 of them, and all people who slept on it where impressed. Very warm and extremely comfortable for an outdoor mat. if the weight is not important, so get the wide one. Swiss quality and much better than my old therm-a-rest. I never thought sleeping so good outdoor and this for a week and with -20Cº.

Rated5out of5byShadoAngelfromExcellent matThis is an excellent sleeping mat that is incredibly warm without being overly bulky. It definitely isn't the most ultralight pad/mat available but for the comfort, it can't be beat. I also use an Exped chair kit to both protect the mat and not have to carry around a seperate chair.

Rated2out of5bysmatt16fromFailed after very little useI have had this mat for about 5 years now. Went camping last weekend on the AT after not using this mat for a year. One valve failed and leaked on the second night. I tried to repair it however, the second valve housing literally disintegrated. No Exped warranty available and REI changed their return policy so now it is a useless piece of junk.

Rated5out of5byJkayakerfromJust Like HomeI traded in the ole Thermarest for this bad boy, I've never looked back. After I bought this mat my wife too a nap on it and I had to spend the night on her Thermarest, needless to say we now own 2 Expeds. Yes there are lighter pads on the market. But I doubt any as comfortable. I have used the mat down to around 0 and i stayed warm all night. Its easy to inflate with practice, packs small, is light weight for the comfort, and more durable than the ultralight Thermarest.

Rated4out of5bySwiss PetefromLove this padWorks great, solid quality, comfortable, packs small. Wouldn't take it on a backpacking trip (would use the lighter version), but perfect for a kayak trip. Only drawback is that it's hard to inflate. I appreciate the hand pump but it takes forever. We used a small pump and found an adapter that sort of worked. So if they would provide an adapter to use a small hand pump with, that would be perfect. I would buy it again though.

Rated4out of5byPappy CfromGreat pad, does the job!I used the pad for a weekend trip along the AT. It was great. Comfortable to sleep on. It does take a bit of effort to inflate but much better in the long run having the built in hand pump than having to blow it up the old fashioned way. Eliminates extra humidity in pad and eventuall extra weight. Not the lightest of pads but I like the comfort on the trail. Fits in my pack nicely.
