The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Keen Voyageur Mid Hiking Boots - Men's:
The non waterproof classification is misleading. I've used them for days outside in the rain and I've never had wet feet. I haven't stepped into a river, but for rain and puddles, even while hiking on dirt, these boots are great. I've had several older versions of the same boots (since 2010) and they've always been as great as these 2013 model.

I had a really hard time finding shoes that were wide enough to fit me comfortably. These shoes are perfect! And the sales person got me into just the right shoe for my fit and needs.

Comments about Keen Voyageur Mid Hiking Boots - Men's:
Bought these to use for day hikes and outings with my family. Got my pair in the mail and all was well. Noticed on the first extended use, that the sole was separating from the upper, so I exchanged them for another pair a size smaller. I will see how these perform for me.
These are the 6th pair of Keen's I've owned and am a little surprised that they didn't hold up better. I will continue to buy Keen shoes and boots and just expect I got a pair that had a "Fluke" issue. REI exchanged with no issues at all. Thanks, REI!

I have used them for doing work in the yard, 30 mile backpacking trips, day hiking with my son, and exploring boulder outcroppings. Love them!

This may be one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I also have physicly demanding job and wear the Keen steel-toe work boots, which are almost twice the price of the next best boot, but well worth the money. You only get one set of knees, hips, back and feet! Do it right or don't do it, period.

Hiked the Grand Canyon via South Rim, down and out in one day on 4/2/13. This shoe was flawless and it was a sick hike!

I've used these boots for day hikes and off trail hiking in the mountains. Great ankle support on uneven ground. Lightweight and breath well. I did buy some "superfeet" insoles for the extra arch and impact support, but would put those in any boots I wear. Would definately buy these hiking boots again.

Comments about Keen Voyageur Mid Hiking Boots - Men's:
I used these to hike Big & Little Kennnesaw Mountains which is a 5.4 mile round trip up steep grades (intense cardio) and at times very rocky. The boots handled well, felt as if they were already broken in, and offered excellent foot/ankle support. As for how they look, they seem to look like they slide somewhat toward the inside. Other than that, they performed well on their first hike.

Comments about Keen Voyageur Mid Hiking Boots - Men's:
These boots are ok, they were the widest boots that REI had but they still gave me blisters even when I pre-medicated with moleskin. To put it in context, I wore them on a backpacking trip to Desolation Wilderness in CA, 15 miles give or take. Not too bad on that trip. Wore them on a Yosemite bp trip that was 40 miles and by the end of the trip my pinky toes were nothing but blister (even though I put fresh moleskin on twice a day). Your feet could be different tough.
