This is a great tool if you do a lot of your own bike maint. Much easier tearing a bike apart at eye level and not fighting with balance issues. The stand holds a bike securely and doesn't wobble around or feel like its going to tip when in use. I would say that anyone who does their own maint. should purchase one of these. The price is a bit painful, but overall its worth every cent.

I purchased this stand instead of the park stand because of the price and the quality. This stand screams quality. I am very impressed with how easy this is to use and the quick release features are one of the best features on this stand. Since no one writes about using bike stands for antique bikes; the only thing I was concerned about was if my antique ballooners from the 30's,40's, 50's were able to hold up since they are 65+ pounds. It does the job. I wasn't expecting any stand unless cast iron to hold these old bikes but this stand blew away the park stand. I had no problems with the stand holding up these heavy bikes. This stand does everything I hoped it would do and more. One more thing is to purchase the tool tray. This is a life saver or should I say small parts keeper.

I found it easy to set up, and it handled the weight of the tandem nicely (although the tandem only weighs 32 lbs. The case that came with it was a bonus.

The clamp is what truly separates this stand from the rest. The ratchet-action closing and push-button release makes it easy to secure and remove a bike from the stand.
The quick release clamps needed minor adjustment out of the box which was easily done with a slotted screwdriver. The tote bag was a welcome addition, but I wish it was a little larger to accommodate the tool tray accessory that I also purchased.
Spend the extra $$ to Buy this stand. You will not be disappointed.

Rarely do I feel so strongly about a product do I take the time to write a review, this stand is worth my time to share my positive experience.
I've wanted a work stand for years and was tired of either flipping the bikes upside down or leaning them against a wall. I was all set on buying the Park PCS-10 stand until I discovered the Feedback line. Feedback's design simply makes more sense and I can say, after messing around with a PCS-10 in a store, the Feedback stands are structurally sound and more stable than the PCS-10. No wobble at all. As long as you position the head over one of the legs, the rack won't tip while holding a bike. Many people complain about the stand's height slipping vertically, TIGHTEN THE QUICK RELEASE, just as you would a wheel skewer. Same with the head rotating down under load, TIGHTEN THE HEAD'S ADJUST KNOB MORE. Sounds simple enough, right?
The ratcheting quick release head is great. Grab the bike firmly then hit the red release button and the bike falls free.
This stand not only works incredibly well but looks incredible to boot. I'd love to keep it set up in the house but My wife would never go for that. I couldn't be happier, I've already completed a full build on my Yeti, tuned my wife's Trek and a heavy kids bike. It did it all with ease. It makes working on bikes fun.
The Pro Elite comes with a storage bag and its quality blew me away. This is usually where companies will skimp, not Feedback. High quality zippers and heavy canvas with a light padding. It may sound like I work for Feedback, I don't, just really impressed with this stand. If you're on the fence between this a Park, trust me and buy the Feedback. Now I need to order their truing stand.

I'm using this on six different mountain bikes from cheap Huffy's to carbon Specialized. It's very well-built and strong, and smoothly raises and lowers. It's really nice. No concerns at all so far. Buy it.
