I carry this thing everywhere I go. I've even had to mail it to myself from the airport when security got grumpy about it being in my carry-on. Use it constantly.

It's so small and has all the right attachments for addressing everyday issues.

I have carried a Micra with me for years. It has become such a part of my life that I have forgotten about it and had it taken off me twice when I was in a hurry at the airport.

I liked it best when it did not have an additional layer in place just to add color. First, it's pointless and adds bulk. Second, the color wears off quickly, even the gray version, which is only nominally different than the tool without the shell. The whole time I had it I wanted to peel it off and expose the bare steel beneath.

Without the shell, this is really an elegant tool. With it, it is just a marketing tool.

When folding the handles the blades of the scissors become exposed and can cut you, even when they appear to be closed.

The spring in my Micra broke the same day I bought it.

I carry the Thor-sized Leatherman on my motorcycle jacket or on my backpack at all times. The one I have is the pliers version without scissors. So I bought this one, just as a useful scissors.

I put it on my keychain, and I found out how useful it is. I've used the screwdriver to make little repairs on my bike or at my house. I use the knife to open boxes from REI (and others). The scissors are good enough for cutting things, and for first aid purposes (cutting bandages for example).

This is a really well designed product. I've abused it a bit, and it's no worse for the wear. It is never going to be a replacement for the larger Leathermans (or competitors), but the bigger Leathermans aren't going to fit in your pocket very easily.

I use this tool more than I can believe, and it's staying on my keychain, until it breaks. And that's not going to happen very soon. I'm buying a second one to hang on my backpack.

Extremely handy 3-season backpacking multitool. Scissors can be used to open steel cans pretty effectively. Wish Leatherman would pull the nailfile from this tool- it's not particularly handy in the backcounty. Leatherman's Squirt PS4 is an alternative to this, if you need pliers and don't need to open food cans. Victorinox "Bantam" is another choice- no scissors, bigger knife blade, opens cans.

I've had this tool for about 4-5 years now. I actually got it as a gag gift because I was so excited about all gadgets everyone had. This is the most useful gag gift ever - perhaps the most useful gift!

I mainly use it for the scissors, but the bottle opener does 'save the day' occasionally. The tweezers are a little awkward, but the screwdrivers work really well, and I use the nail file a bit more often than I'm willing to admit. The knife works well, but it is very small, so that can be a disadvantage.

I always take this with me – I made it its own lanyard because I was always lending it out, and it's more convenient to not have keys in the way.

When I left for college, my mom went out and bought one because she always borrowed mine and really missed it.

It's not the best tool ever - that's why I have a standard leatherman as well - but it's the best tool for its size. I have gotten so much daily use out of this, I know if this one ever dies, I'll immediately get a new one right away.

I've been keeping this little tool on my car keys keychain the last few years. I use it quite frequently because it is almost always in my pocket. People know I have this handy tool on me and will ask to borrow it if they need a little pair of scissors.

The blade is not as sharp as it used to be. Perhaps I've worn it down or it needs to be sharpened for maintenance.

The only disappointing aspect of the tool is the blue finish. It used to be a bright shiny metallic blue. The blue paint has worn off after daily use. Makes the tool look old. Okay it is old!

I got the original micra about ten years ago and like another reviewer said, it has pretty much lived on my keychain since then. As a small keychain tool, it is just awesome. The scissors outperform anything Swiss Army has produced. I also use the knife, screwdrivers and file. The bottle opener has saved the day more than once! As a word of warning, this tool does not like salt water! A couple months ago I went on a trip about 50 miles off North Carolina where I was splashed a good bit. A week ago I visited some Georgia beaches where I waded into the water. Both times the tool had some rust buildup, especially around the hinges. With a little steel wool and 3N1 oil, it is good as new, and the stainless steel finish does not appear to be compromised. All around, worth its weight in gold!

This is a great multi-tool for everyday use and retails for an excellent price. I carry it in my pocket every day and use it regularly for all sorts of tasks. The scissors takes a little getting used to but the blade, tweezers and screwdrivers are excellent. A great purchase and highly recommended.

I have the original Micra, which I believe is the same except for the color. I put it on my keyring that I carry with me just about everywhere. One place it can't go is on commercial airlines, since it includes a sharp blade. Probably my favorite tool is the Phillips screwdriver--it works better than most dedicated screwdrivers. The knife and scissors do a great job for light cutting work as well. It has almost completely replaced my larger, heavier Swiss Army Knife in my pocket.
