How to Use Your $20 Member Bonus Card:

Online at REI.com or REI-OUTLET.com

At step 5 of checkout, enter your $20 member bonus card's number and PIN from your card, or from the print-out of your emailed bonus card.

At REI Stores

At checkout, give the cashier your $20 member bonus card, a print-out of your emailed bonus card, or your bonus card's number and PIN.

When you call in your order, indicate that you have a $20 member bonus card and give them your bonus card's number and PIN.

* Restrictions for Redeeming the Member Bonus Card

  1. For current balance, visit REI.com/giftcard, go to your nearest REI store or call 1-855 -873-5456.
  2. This single-use promotional card is issued by REI Customer Services, Inc.
  3. This card can be applied as a one-time merchandise discount to qualifying items purchased at REI stores, REI.com, REI-OUTLET.com or
    1-800-426-4840; any unused amount will be forfeited at time of redemption (except where required by law).
  4. Only one promotional card may be redeemed per transaction.
  5. If eligible product is returned for a refund after the card has been redeemed, the value of the redeemed card will be deducted from the refund amount.
  6. Void if you return item(s) that qualified you for card.
  7. This card cannot be used to purchase goods in our Corporate Group Sales business channel and cannot be used to pay for shipping charges, return labels, exchanges, memberships, taxes, passes and tickets, shop services, gift cards or backordered items.
  8. Not redeemable for cash or credit (except where required by law).
