How are refunds issued?
We will issue refunds to the original method of payment. Returns purchased as a gift or with a gift card, dividends, refund vouchers or merchandise credits will be refunded as an REI gift card or a refund check.

Yes. You can return REI-OUTLET.com purchases at any REI store or by mail.
What if an item I want to exchange is out of stock?
If your exchange item is no longer available, we will notify you and issue a refund in the original form of payment.
