Day Run Campground
The major attraction at Day Run Campground is the upper Williams River. Here, you can fish for trout or take a dip in the cool mountain waters. Outside of that, you have to get in an auto to reach other attractions, such as the Cranberry Wilderness, the Highland Scenic Highway, the Cranberry Visitor Center, the view from High Rocks, the Cranberry Glades, and the Falls of Hills Creek. Day Run, a small, secluded campground, allows access to all these attractions, yet has that slow-moving, old-time national forest campground ambiance.
