Hunters Lake (Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission)

From the parking area, cross Brunnerdale Road and walk across the dam. Hunters Lake is a beautiful lake owned by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission. Its graceful shoreline is virtually undeveloped, and the lake is surrounded by wooded slopes. The scenery of this lake is comparable to, if not better than, that of Eagles Mere Lake, but more importantly, you are likely to have Hunters Lake all to yourself. Even if you’re not a hiker, Hunters Lake is a great place to go fishing, bird-watching, or kayaking. Highlights: Lakeside views, Hunters Lake.
