Black Canyon Trail
This hike, close to Santa Fe, is suitable for children. It is easy, well shaded, and a good introduction to mountain terrain, fir-aspen belt vegetation, and wildflowers. In early summer we found red columbine, clematis, false solomon’s seal, and oregon grape.
