Kincaid Lake Camp Loop
This trail crawls along the banks of Kincaid Reservoir in the Kisatchie National Forest west of Alexandria, Louisiana. The trails at Kincaid Lake draw riders from all over the United States to do some bayou biking. This 12-mile loop is one of four different rides--each over ten miles and offering challenges to bikers of all abilities--in the immediate area. The hundreds of acres of Kincaid Reservoir are home to many long, narrow waterways reaching far back into the quiet swamp. It is along the banks of one such area where the Kincaid Loop Trail connects to the 31-mile Wild Azalea National Recreational Trail.
