Elkhorn - Alpine Loop

Riding in the piney forests of banner Ridge provides big views of Steel Mountain, the Sawtooths, and Sunset and Pilot peaks to the west. When the weather gets hot in Boise, the partially shaded trails on Banner Ridge provide a pleasantly cool riding environment. This ride also works as a yurt-to-yurt trip. Located 22 miles north of Idaho City. Tread: 5 miles of doubletrack; 2.5 miles of singletrack.
