Curlew Ridge Loop
Boise Front, east of downtown Boise. This loop starts at the bottom of Rocky Canyon, one of the most rugged and rocky places in Ada County. The approach just warms you up to the total pump of doing this ridge; views are direct into creeks some 500 feet below. The descent is a thrill; use caution.
