Crestline - Mountain Cove Loop
Lower foothills of the Boise Front, just north of downtown Boise. This is a wonderfully diverse ride that goes from wetlands to rugged ridges. It is also as close to downtown as you can get while still feeling like you are in the boonies. Most of it lies within the Old Fort Boise military reserve, where training and survival tactics have marked the land since Boise was first settled.
