Running north from Buffalo Pass to the Wyoming border, the Wyoming Trail covers nearly 50 miles in all. This hike takes in the highest portion of the route as it traces the Divide along the southern half of the Mount Zirkel Wilderness. This segment of the Wyoming Trail is also part of the interstate Continental Divide Trail.
