White Ranch: West Access Trails
The western access to White Ranch is peaceful and bucolic. Soft, rounded hills, stately foothills, and the buttes in the distance make this a rural rather than suburban entry point. There are two picnic tables 100 yards from the parking lot, and many of the trail options are mellow. This trailhead is 1400 feet higher than the east access, so you can more easily limit your level of exertion versus scenic density if you so desire.
