West Summit Loop 1B Trail
This is the tougher of the two loops because of the number of ascents and descents. This trail starts easily going downhill and then into a meadow next to State Highway 40 (with the same trailhead as Loop 1A) and then climbs gradually and then somewhat steeply to a great view of the Hahn’s Peak area west and north of Steamboat.
