Talon Loops—Cheyenne Mountain State Park
From prairie grasslands through oak shrublands to montane forests, a loop on Talon, North Talon, and South Talon trails samples Cheyenne Mountain State Park’s variety. Cheyenne Mountain towers above you to the west. Various raptors, including peregrine falcons, prairie falcons, and golden eagles, soar overhead. Interpretive signs along the way explain the park’s many features.
