Skiing from Glacier Gorge Junction to Sprague Lake

Little used by hikers in summer, the trail between Glacier Gorge Junction and Sprague Lake is a delightful ski trip when there is enough snow to cover rocks and logs. To take advantage of this one-way downhill route, skiers need to leave cars at each trailhead. The park’s Bear Lake shuttle does not operate in winter. Highlights: Downhill for 3 miles.
