Redcliff
A relatively accessible peak hike with commanding views of the high peaks of the Uncompahgre. Redcliff is one of the highest peaks in the Uncompahgre Wilderness, and as such its summit gives commanding views in all directions. This hike involves a relatively simple but strenuous variation on the Wetterhorn Basin Trail. The route described is only one of several that are possible; by leaving the Wetterhorn Basin Trail at a higher point, you can reduce the steepness of the hike while adding somewhat to its distance.
