North Fork Trail
This lesser-known trail features peaceful varied topography in a riparian area. It winds through the forested broad canyon of the North Fork of the Big Thompson River with striking rock outcrops and meadows, then climbs through a backcountry campground and more broad meadows, and eventually ventures above treeline and into the stark beauty of the Lost Lake glacial cirque.
