Mount Falcon
Owned and operated by the Jefferson County Open Space, Mount Falcon Park is home to numerous trails that lead to a number of historical and scenic treasures. This hike follows a short but interesting loop in the park’s higher section. Of the two entrance points to Mount Falcon Park, this hike takes advantage of the western trailhead, situated in the highest reaches of the park. From the trailhead, the Castle Trail drops gently along a broad ridge top.
