Meadowlark / Plymouth Creek Loop
The red-and-white rock canyon at the end of the hike is the visual and geological highlight of this trail loop-though it also boasts great views at its high point. The canyon's colors erupt from the scrubby hillside, drawing the hiker's eye away from the muted greens and yellows of the surrounding sage scrub and prairie grasses.
