Lakewood: Green Mountain Trail
The slopes and summit of Green Mountain are in Lakewood’s second-largest park—William Frederick Hayden Park—covering 2,400 acres of open space. The steep terrain here includes a challenging system of trails and great views of the city. Some locals come every day to run the trail featured here. One time up the slope and hikers will either love it or regret it.
