Forest Lakes Trail
This is a wonderful day hike or two-day backpack trip up to eleven beautiful alpine lakes and tarns located near Rollins Pass and the southern boundary of the Indian Peaks Wilderness Area. Wildflowers, views, and the Forest Lakes are the main attractions of this hike. Trail conditions: The lower section of the Forest Lakes Trail is smooth and well maintained. The upper section is rocky, wet, and steep and has several stream crossings.
