Buckskin Pass
A day hike to Buckskin Pass or backpack to Snowmass Lake. This trail leads over the high and spectacular divide between West Maroon and Snowmass Creeks, offering fabulous views of the Maroon Bells and Pyramid Peak on its way to Snowmass Lake. Buckskin Pass makes a fine day hike destination, and linkages with trails to Willow Lake, Snowmass Creek, and Trail Rider Pass make for good backpacking possibilities.
