Bear Creek Trail - Bear Creek Preserve, Telluride
The Bear Creek Trail is an ideal first hike for youngsters as it winds through a forest medley of aspen, pine, oak, and spruce before descending to a playful stream. Beginning rock skippers and expert anglers have fun teasing Bear Creek’s pools and miniature falls. Campsites dot the flat, grassy area alongside the creek for another 2.5 miles.
