Arkansas Point Trail System
The Arkansas Point Trail system takes you through history from prehistoric sea worms to modern water transportation and storage systems. The Conduit Trail creates the first 0.8-mile loop. The Arkansas Point Trail winds and climbs about 0.7 miles from the trailhead to the survey marker on Arkansas Point. The view from Arkansas Point above Lake Pueblo encompasses Colorado’s plains, the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Wet Mountains, Spanish Peaks, and Pikes Peak. Interpretive signs explain the area’s history.
