Adams Falls
The easy walk to Adams Falls rises gradually amid lodgepole pines and glacially deposited boulders. Adams Falls is within a gorge that evidently follows a geologic crack formed during the uplift of the Rockies and subsequently altered by glacial scouring and water erosion. Splashing through this defile, East Inlet throws up much spray, which can form rainbows around the falls. To see a rainbow, you must have the sun behind you as you look at the water droplets in the air. Highlights: Adams Falls.
