  2. This pad has an R-value of 1.0, which makes it best for adventures in warm weather; it provides minimal insulation from ground temperature
  3. Most sleeping pads we sell range from 1.0 (good for warm weather) to 5.5+ (for use in extreme cold); the higher the R-value, the more insulated the pad
  4. Overmolded brass valve is easy to use for fast inflation and deflation when you're ready to pack out
