Read More Not sure if this is the case for all the Boot Dryers. For the unit I received, the tubes that are for the boots are very difficult to extend to its full length when new. There's no easy way to get this extended but use brute force. Not very user friendly... Also, the dryer is a bit too noisy to be in the same room where you sleep. Other than that, it seems to perform well to get my boots and gloves dry in a few hours.
