Read More The first time my kid wore these (rainy day), they ended up wet on the INSIDE. I think the lining was wicking moisture at the hems, but I'm not sure. They are lined and insulated and the insulation really held the moisture inside, so they weren't warm or dry. Certainly not waterproof.
