Rated 3 out of 5 by from not for right shoulder sling I have a sling that is very comfortable however I wanted a bit larger size, and this was a perfect size and good quality. Few issues I have, (1) This is not for right shoulder sling. Yes, I was able to switch the sling to the other side using abdominal sling connector, however once it is moved, the opening goes to the bottom when I swing it to the front of me to access the content. (2) Abdominal sling is fixed at the bottom and it is too low for a short person (I am 5'1"). (3) Sling should be a bit curved around neck area. Unless I wear a top with a collar it is not comfortable around neck. (see attached photo, comparison from my small bag)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs improvement Nice little pack for an iPad, keys, maybe a small first aid kit. I can fit a fleece vest inside the main pocket but leaves no room for anything else. The top tapers too much....need to widen it a bit to hold a little more. The shoulder strap is a bit thin....needs a little more padding. The bottom part of the strap has a small buckle.....a slightly larger one will inspire better confidence.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Useful design but doesn't hold up Had this bag for two months, used it on vacation to carry a camera, light jacket and water bottle. It was comfortable and worked well but but the right-hand shoulder strap wore out at the bottom where it was sewn to the bag. I switched to the other side and that one started wearing out, too, so I returned the bag. As usual, REI was great about the return but now I'm looking for a different brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Strap broke again. I really liked this bag the phone pocket on the front for me is its best feature. The bad is the strap broke for the second time in the same position both times while I was traveling this time in Australia had to purchase another bag to carry passport, wallet, etc. I'm not going to bother sending back for another repair not worth the hassle.. Feedback: redesign how the shoulder straps are attached/sewn to the bag and it's a great sling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MY 5.7" MOBILE FITS! The newest tablet sling has been designed with consumer feedback. Namely that shoulder strap zip pocket that seems to NEVER fit the current mobiles.Give Eagle Creek 5 stars for this feature alone. No longer have to dig in a bag for the mobile.Compression strap should be added back from the previous model, minus RFID.The bag is comfortable to wear for hours, and it will fit a 20oz water bottle so you have a back up if you're biking!Slings have been my preference now for regular use.Last, but not least, the brown is nicer in real life, picture does represent it well unlike many other online stores.Friends who travel extensively introduced me to the brand, they're right to like it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Surprising amount of interior space This bag is small but holds quite a bit. I like that it is extremely lightweight and can easily be stowed in a larger bag when not being used. I carry a rather large DSLR with a big lens and it will actually tuck in this bag easily - I don't carry camera bags as they advertise their contents. I prefer the sling style over a backpack. I would love to see this bag in a slightly larger form.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hiking and Trips Galore! I just used this on a trip to Washington D.C. with a group of friends. We spent most of our days on the metro, walking, or cycling. The bag is quite spacious and has several different compartments, my absolute favorite being the phone pocket on the front! It is extremely easy to access for my iPhone but also a metro card or credit card I may need to use several times in a day. Things got a little cramped/heavy when I had to pack my DSLR camera as well as a water bottle. Looking back I could've place my water bottle in the outer pocket, but overall I love this bag. I'm currently using it as a purse but look forward to using it on day hikes in the beautiful South Carolina upstate area!

Does this have a s pot for a water bottle?

Asked by: Maggie
This daypack does not have a dedicated water bottle pocket, but it is possible to store a bottle in the front mesh stretch pocket.
