HOKA ONE ONE Bondi 3 Road-Running Shoes - Women's
- Oversize EVA midsoles are up to 2.5-times thicker than standard running shoes to absorb shock and reduce fatigue in your feet, legs and core
- Meta-Rocker midsole geometry is engineered for a low heel-to-toe drop to support your form and promote efficient running mechanics
- 4mm heel-to-toe drop encourages a natural midfoot or forefoot strike to promote forward momentum and reduce the impact of heel striking

Read More After being completely perplexed that my shoes arrived with a drawcord lacing system (Hoka calls it the "Race Lace System") rather than traditional laces as shown in the product photos and clearly stated in the product description, I did some research on other sites. It turns out the Bondi 3, in this exact color scheme, comes in both a traditional lace version and the "Race Lace" drawcord version. I triple-checked my order confirmation and the Item #, and I definitely ordered this product that was supposed to contain the traditional laces. The problem with the drawcord lacing system is that there is no way to lace through the last lace hole (since the drawcord is a one piece loop and can't be opened or removed), and I need to use the last hole to prevent heel slippage. I'm hoping that REI also has the traditional lace version of this shoe (as advertised!!) and can exchange for the product I actually ordered, but beware that you might not receive the product you think you are buying! -

Read More I've been running for more than a decade, but knee problems and a chronic foot injury made me think my running days were numbered. I visited the REI store in Norwalk in search of another running shoe brand, but the sales associate--a longtime runner herself--asked me if I had tried Hokas. I hadn't. After measuring my foot and analyzing my stride, she brought out a few pairs of shoes, including these. I have a hard-to-fit foot (thanks to bunions), but the Hokas felt amazing. I purchased them with a pair of Superfeet insoles--and have been enjoying my first pain-free runs in years! I'm only sorry I waited so long to try them out. I would tell any runner struggling with nagging, chronic injuries to give them a try! -

I have a job on weekends where I stand on my feet for hours and these shoes keep my feet from swelling-I never write reviews but I know how flat feet can hurt and throw off your walk so I am happy to share my enthusiasm for these shoes

Read More I love running but developed tarsal tunnel syndrome, which made it so I could only run for about 2 miles before I had to quit for the pain. After doing some stretches and buying these shoes, I'm up to running about six miles a day without any pain at all. It is a miracle. They are fantastic shoes.

Read More It is a great cushiony shoe; my feet feel like they have springs under them. While I am walking/running, they are comfy and supportive. They look a bit cloddy and are not attractive with running shorts or skirts. Still, if you can get past the looks, you will be pleased with the shoe - not foot pain!
