Read More I bought two of these for my boyfriend and I. One or the other was always malfunctioning. Jawbone replaced his for battery issues, then mine for a physical defect. By the time we were both having battery and syncing issues (again) we were too frustrated to have them replaced again by Jawbone and returned them to REI. -

Would think for item like this that you pay $100 for you're getting at least a few years of use, but certainly not the case with my UP24. Customer service with Jawbone is terrible as well, can't get anything but automated responses. Would have like to see if I just had a lemon...but never could get a half decent response on how to exchange. -

Repeated calls to Jawbone Support get the same response: 'An update for the application should be available tomorrow'. That's three weeks of tomorrows. We see no promise at this point that Jawbone will be able to make the product useable. Time to chalk this up to a bad buy. -

Read More I was so excited to get this product. I had read some great reviews, and thought the design was awesome compared to other trackers. I should have looked at more reviews. This tracker has failed to track sleep 3 out of 5 nights. It also loses connection to my app about 3-4 times per day. In order to reconnect, I have to close out the app, restart my phone, and resync the band. If I don't have my phone handy, I have no idea it is disconnected and not recording info. I would not recommend this product, but hear the UP3 is better, although about twice as expensive. -

Read More I've had this for two weeks and am very happy with it. It's not bulky, doesn't bother me to wear it 24/7 and I'm someone who doesn't like wearing a watch. It's spot on with tracking steps and distance. I compared it to my garmin watch on a 6 mile walk and it was accurate compared to the GPS device. The app is great; you track sleep, food, and activity. I'd love to see the capability to track swimming in a future iteration. I looked at Misfit Shine and Fitbit before getting this and the Up24 seems most secure to wear.

Read More recent firmware update doubled battery life to 14 days. Very accurate step tracker, sleep tracker functionality is cool (though you can't really judge the light/deep sleep system to be truly accurate, it does notice when you wake up and tracks how long and what times you sleep, which is nice. Overall, the software is phenomenal, the food tracker and workout tracker work great, this little thing keeps you involved in every aspect of your daily life. Extremely comfortable, mine has been very durable as well, I don't notice it at all 99% of the time.
