Read More It's a $100 GPS stopwatch - that's the appeal. There's a lot to recommend: price, fits large and small wrists, easy-to-navigate menus, light and small, waterproof to 50m. And I, personally, feel that the display is fine: not too small, as others have said. I bought to replace an older Garmin with a touch-sensitive bezel, but I'm going to return. The buttons don't work very well, especially the yellow center button needed for, well, everything. A light, even push does nothing. Instead, you need a heavy, full-pressure thumb strike every time. The stopwatch? Thank you Timex for including a stopwatch (too many "fitness monitors" leave this out) but it automatically registers every mile or kilometer as a lap, which is pretty annoying, unless you're actually running laps. -

Read More I am a casual runner who runs about 15-20 miles per week. I am not obsessed with advanced metrics, but I am looking to track my total time, my pace and my distance. This watch does all of that in a small, simple and lightweight watch that I can wear everyday. As a bonus, the watch also has an Interval Timer so I can set-up run/walk programs during my longer runs. I highly recommend this watch if you are an entry to moderate level runner looking to pace yourself and not break your bank. -

Read More I was looking for a basic GPS watch, on the less expensive side, and found this Timex. The positives: simple to use, menu driven, smaller than most GPS watches. Negatives: not very prominently displayed numbers (hard to read when running), poor battery life (only lasted 3 days with minimal GPS usage), unique recharge wire to USB (don't we all have enough wires!?!), and worst thing: after 6 days of purchase, unit powered down with 1/2 battery power showing, and won't power back up! Overall recommendation: do not purchase (at least until bugs are worked out!)
Read More I have used many GPS watches over the years and one of my biggest complaints has been size and functionality. I have a rather small wrist and most of the GPS watches make me feel like I have a Dick Tracy "wrist TV" on while I am running. The Run x20 is such a nice size and does exactly what I want it to do for me: time, distance, and pace. Have the watch stocked with essential functions rather than ALL possible functions makes it so much easier to work with. PLus it keeps the price at a very digestible $99. I see reviews stating that the battery life is low. That's why it's rechargeable. To keep the size down, the battery needs to be a little smaller and thus the life of the battery a little shorter. I'll take the need to recharge it over the size any day!
