Read More This item has exceeded expectations. Set up in one minute without instructions and is very stable especially with the outrigger side table deployed (you may fold side up if not needed). Lightweight, compact and well engineered, we use it with a high output Everest twin burner propane stove. Your camp kitchen bag or small cooler fits nicely on the lower level. As a secondary function, works well for setting up a field amateur radio communications station, all the electronics fit nicely for operator use. Item comes with a zippered black carry bag. Buy it, highly recommended. -

Read More We just got back from our first trip using this table. It folds down nicely to fit in the back of our car and is not heavy, so I didn't dread carrying it. We were staying in Sequoia NP, so bears walking through the campground is almost guaranteed. This means all food goes in the bear boxes until mealtime. The last time we were camping, it was a huge hassle getting everything out, with food and utensils scattered all over the picnic table. Then the camp stove on the end of the table blocked my reach of everything I had just taken out! With this little table, this time I had space to spread out my supplies right where I needed them. The lower shelf is a great place to hold your pots and pans and to place dishes to dry. I was able to tie my trash bag to the corner where the side legs fold, but next time I think I will find a hook to snap onto one of the aluminum poles. I will also bring an extra bungee to attach a paper towel roll to one end. -

Read More We have used this kitchen several times now. It is so nice because it is so light weight and easy to set up and take down. Once set up, it everything you want it to. This thing was definatly thought out by someone that actaully uses one. After use it packs down in about 10 seconds and goes back in the bag with ease. -

Read More I went into REI planning to buy the current camp kitchen that weighs more than twice as much and costs twice, as much, and ended up buying this model on clearance instead, because I couldn't believe how heavy and bulky the current kitchen is. Couldn't have made a better choice. It's sturdy, plenty large, stable, and holds my two-burner stove, plastic tub that I use for a sink, and small dish rack, and still leaves a whole upper section for food prep. Sure, it lacks all the bells and whistles of the new model, but it's half the weight and a less bulky packed profile than the competition. You can hang a trash bag on the side by popping off the top roll-top and snapping it back on over an edge of the bag. And you can fit a smaller cooler or a plastic tub underneath it for food storage. It's too bad this is discontinued and replaced with such silly, on-steroids model. -

Read More After looking at several tables of this type we settled on this style. It is very easy to setup and take down. Comes with a nice storage carrying case. Also quit sturdy, the legs are one piece except for the swing out section. But it does have locking pins so no issue of slipping like some of the variable sliding kind. Guess you could argue the variable legs would be easier to level if needed. Bottom line is we have a quit heavy barbecue and this table holds it very well.
