Read More These NANOspikes keep your feet closer to the ground and do not feel as much like you have Lego blocks stuck to your feet compared to other solutions. I wear a men's 10.5 shoe and the large fits pretty well. The front portion tends to ride up on the toe and not stay on the bottom of the shoe. Therefore, the front two spikes never come into contact with the ground. I've tried every adjustment I can think of to make sure all the spikes stay under the shoe... not happening. The large would probably be a perfect size for a 11 or possibly an 11.5 shoe. The most important thing is they are the lowest profile traction devices I've found and they work like magic in solid, clear ice. I would definitely buy them again. -

Read More I've been running throughout the winter using these over normal running shoes. The spikes combined with the rubber soles gives excellent grip on ice and packed snow. Unlike some other traction devices that tend to dig into the boot or shoe, these are designed to fit over less-sturdy running shoes. I've found that I can run for several hours without my toes developing rubbed spots or blisters (as I've had with other traction devices).
Read More I bought these for my wife on the recommendation from one of the sales associates. We use these for walking the dogs around the neighborhood where there are quite a few ice patches on the sidewalks and on the streets. We admit, they do work great on the ice, but it's hard to walk in them if you aren't on ice, if you are walking on the sidewalk without being on ice or snow, it's like walking in soccer cleats. It's a weird feeling and not a great walking experience...
