Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrific product... I have had two pair of these pants for two seasons now. They've been put through the ringer including race training, backcountry and normal resort skiing. I'd estimate each pair has seen about 40-50 days of use. Fabric - This helps make these pants outstanding. Terrific combination of luxurious softness, thickness and toughness. Fit/mobility - Also outstanding. Extremely comfortable and adaptive to movement. Appearance - Partly individual but I haven't found other snow pants that approach the looks of Arc pants. Durability - These pants look the same as when I first tried them on with one exception. A skier crashed into me in a lift line creating a 3/8" tear in an unprotected area at the bottom of one of the pants. Since it was below the bootline I decided to monitor it and send it in for repair if it changed. After another 25 days it's no different and I have to look hard to find it. Waterproofing - They have been leakproof but do require occassional applications of DWR particularly if you wash them frequently as I do. The tutorial video on the Arc website is very helpful. I love these pants and give them my unqualified recommendation.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from cold as ice No warmth retention. Stinger is a very cold shell pant. Did not protect from wind and cold air with thermals underwear as base. Would not recommend for anything other than spring conditions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Raising the Bar for Ski Pants Blue Moon and the new Stinger Pant, what a knockout. The athletic large is perfect on the my 207 lb,, 35"waist, 6'2" body. The pants break just right at the boot so when locked into my ski stance I will be stylin'. Love the pocket design and monster vents. Looks great with my old red Sidewinder AR.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well-designed shell for skiing Not too baggy. Unlined inside makes it easy to climb - no resistance against a base layer. Room for a knee brace. Pocket design works great! Lightweight, well-made. The belt is kind of useless, but there are belt loops for a real belt. I'm very pleased with them. Large fits 6'2", 215 lb just fine.
