Read More My daughter has been wearing these pants - we buy the next size up when she grows out of them - for years. They are perfect for skiing and snow play. She says they are very comfortable and she never complains about wearing them b/c they have great articulation in the design/seams.
Read More The pants are great. After buying a pair of ski pants almost every year for my kids, it was refreshing and greatly appreciate that REI puts out a quality ski pant for about half the price of other pants out there. The quality is definitely evident. The stitching has held up well and the pants have done beautifully in this horrible Northeast ski season (powder on top of the mountain with rain at the bottom). I suspect that these will hold up pretty well. The bonus are the instep patches. Our kids are new to trick skiing and other pants have been shredded by the ski edges on their insteps. The only drawback is that they definitely run large. We ordered the large in kids size (according to the chart) and should have gone with the medium. Overall a really good, solid ski pant.
