Read More I bought this coat for my toddler as her first real "big kid" coat. It is fantastic! It keeps her warm, and the hood is adjustable from back for smaller heads so the top part doesn't cover their eyes. The velcro snaps make closing the jacket in a hurry from the car to home a breeze, and the adjustable velcro sleeves allow for adjustment around her small wrists. Overall, great buy and will definitely buy the next size up next year as well. Great winter coat! -

Read More This is being worn by a one year old, so the review is based on my observation. We walk a lot, even when it is cold and qindy at night (occasionally freezing). Fit is good, she is an active (lean) toddler and it seems well proportioned to her size. We went a little big to be able to layer and grow. The sleeve lining makes getting the jacket on over long sleeves effortless, a big deal with a little one. Seems to keep her warm. Velcro on the wrist keeps the arms snug over gloves. Quality seems good, though it will only be with us for one season due to how fast kids grow, so I can't comment on long term durability, though I am pretty sure it would hold up for a long time. -
Dec 8, 2014Good fit!2T is slightly oversized, so I should be able to make it last two years. Quality seems high for being foreign made(but really, most of the REI stuff is foreign sourced now).

Read More I bought this coat for my 16 month old daughter. I bought the 18 month size because the 2T had really long sleeves, and it is a longish coat. It seems to be well constructed. The colors are nicer in person, the pink is more of a purplish-pink. It has a drawstring waist. The only reason I give 4 not 5 stars is I don't love the style pockets it has and I wish the sleeves had an inner cuff to help keep out snow.

Read More We were looking for something that was soft yet would do well with our Willamette valley rain... This is perfect! Does better than the puffy jacket with the rain and is warm and soft to the touch on the inside.... Not to mention, this purple is like coral... It will look great on any skin color!!! Would definitely recommend it!
