Read More These snow pants are lightly lined in fleece and only to the top portion knee! For reference, the size 8 inseam is 23.75". The fleece lining goes to 8.5" I can't imagine my tall and slender boy being warm in these even with silk wool long johns and fleece pants underneath. As for snow pants, I'm going to go back to the Columbia Bugaboo.
