Read More Have another exactly like it that has been used for over ten years. HEAVY usage. Packing, sissy camping, even used it once when the hot water heater blew in the building and nobody had hot water for two days . . . except for me! Still works the same as it did the first time it was used, no leaks, no holes - just a tiny tear in the side of the handle sleeve, fixed up right with a piece of gaffers tape. Why then did I buy another? Well, you see, everybody laughed at me for carrying "the weight" on a recent 2 week backpacking trip - until they saw me step out from behind the tree (6 days in) looking like I'd just stepped out of the spa. There was enough hot water (and i do mean HOT) for a leisurely shower (as leisurely as one can get at 8000 feet) AND a complete wash and rinse for both trail outfits. Then they started lining up with offers to carry some of my other gear for a chance to use the shower. This was such a great price, I decided to get a second one for the dedicated bug-out-bag, plus it would be available for sissy campin so that there would always be hot water on hand. And if I take both of them on the next pack trip - maybe there won't be as much fighting over who will carry what for me!! the only tip I can offer, is, instead of the plastic tube "handle" that comes with it -to swap that out for a solid hickory drumstick (try a pro-mark 2S). Weight is the same, space is the same - but the hickory drumstick will not bend under the weight of the water.
