Read More I bought the Loop in August of 2014. Within 2 weeks, I was exchanging it because I was having to recharge it at least once a day, if not more. With the second one, it fared much better. Now, in March 2015, I am having problems with it syncing, deleting an entire day's worth of data spontaneously, and not tracking my activity, as I work out on an elliptical, or just going about day to day activities. I will be going back to my Polar FT7 to track my workouts, and looking for another daily activity tracker. -
Apr 18, 2014Great activity trackerReviewed the loop, fitbit and flex, and determine the Polar Loop was by far the best device. Love it so much, that I bought another one for my wife

Read More Bought this at local REI because it was the only tracker that paired to a HRM. I got the Polar H7 with it and they paired fairly easily. The one thing that disappoints me is that I have been using it for over two months now and Polar still has not fixed the issue with the dates being off a day. Todays workout at polars website and app's week/month calendar show up as happening yesterday. The website and the app have a lot of catching up to do with other players in the market. -

Read More a great motivational tool. I got this from my local REI. I am a big fan of polar products. I have watched some negative comments on you tube, I think they were paid reviewers of Nike :) This thing is very accurate. I have an H7 HR monitor that pairs with this. Along with the flow app on my iPhone 5S -- this thing rocks. No sync issues. Charging could be a little better without the proprietary plug. But that is a minor issue. -

Read More I purchased this after a friend bought another brand that is very popular....(FBF) I chose this because of the band and that it can be used as a heart rate monitor too. I have been very happy having this on me daily helps me keep up my activity goals. I do sleep in this and use the web site to see my sleep patterns and I don't have to do anything but keep it on my arm. My friend had to return her product and has ordered this one because hers stopped working. All in all a great tool ! -

Read More I have tried this tracker for a number of activities and it just doesn't work for much more than walking or running. I purchased it over another because it is waterproof and I am a regular paddler. It does not track well paddle strokes and from what I hear from others, swimming is not on their short list of trackable activities. The website seems stuck in the beta zone. It is not what I hoped for. The one button on the tracker that is the control, does not respond regularly to touch. I press it way too many times to get it to talk to me. The customer support for getting a good Q&A going with staff is next to none. They have a long way to go on this product.
Read More I bought a fitbit, but gave it to my wife because it not suitable for swimming. I find the Loop to be really good for moderate athletes and swimmers. It isn't fancy, but it works and that is all I need to keep me moving.
